In a succession of deals ranging in size up to c. £3.5m, two thirds of new investment has been allocated to the commercial sector with residential taking the remainder. Commercial acquisitions have been evenly split between the industrial/warehouse and office sectors, which includes a healthcare facility.
The new investment has been part funded by the disposal of some older residential stock, selective retail premises and industrial/trade in non-core locations.
