A mid-Victorian semi-detached property, purchased by the company prior to the Second World War, was continuously occupied by the same tenant until 2018. The property was refurbished and re-let in 2019, remaining occupied until September 2025. Vacant possession was subsequently obtained, and the property was sold in February 2026.
