John Wilkins, Director at Kentstone Properties, commented “We purchased the property with short term income but in expectation we would obtain vacant possession in due course and then split the building up into up to 5 smaller units, such is its flexibility. Although it was nice to have that as an option, when we eventually did get vacant possession, we were approached by a long established Kent based company needing the whole building and it was re-let again as a single unit.”
