Garden Court, Pembury near Tunbridge Wells was acquired in 2019 as a planned two-phase project. Six derelict housing association properties were refurbished and modernised for affordable private renting.
Subsequently, two additional 2-bedroom flats were added, designed to meet modern energy standards. The unique feature of Garden Court, as the name suggests, is that each flat has the benefit of a private outside space, as well as use of the shared gardens that provide an attractive setting.
