In 2019, Kentstone Properties undertook the purchase and transformation of Garden Court in Pembury. This project saw a complete refurbishment, creating eight modern apartments designed for affordable living.  To enhance its charm and presence, the exterior was given a fresh new look with stylish weatherboarding, blending contemporary design with the character of the local area.
